Carrying Numbers

We've had a few days off from school because of the long weekend.

Our next math lesson we're introducing the new concept of carrying numbers when adding. I mentioned it to Andrew during a phone conversation last Wed. Apparently Katie overheard me.

This morning she said, "I'm nervous about our lesson today. I don't know how to pick up numbers!"

Pick up numbers? What? Oh, CARRY!!!
