Ever wonder why we have commercials?

Commercials are made for people like Jackson!

I can't tell you the number of times he thinks he needs something just because he's seen a commercial about it.

He is convinced that if he takes Lunesta that a butterfly will come and visit him and help him sleep through the night.

He told me a couple of weeks ago that I need to buy Carnation Instant Breakfast. I asked him why and he said, "because I need energy and it's a great way to start the day!"

Also, you know those commercials that say, "get your parents' permission" before calling or going online or something. Everytime Jackson hears this he comes running over to ask me if he can do something. Half of the time he doesn't even remember what he's asking for. He did tell me that we need Nick, Jr. Magazine. He said, "it's great for kids and parents alike!"
